- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in MIS, business or operational analysis
- Experience in setting up MIS systems and performance metrics programmes
- Experience in audit, fraud reporting and revenue assurance
- Experience with mobile commerce services is a distinct advantage
- Preferably with background in the telco industry
- Preferably has experience in working with a multinational company
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point) includingadvanced functions and formula in Excel (e.g. pivot table, etc.) and Access
- Strong business process management, financial control, and quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Good accounting or financial management and analysis background
